Scope

Nowtowa is not an emergency towing service. Initial deployments focus on Austin, Texas HOAs with a 72-hour notice workflow for unregistered or improperly parked vehicles.

User Responsibilities

HOA administrators are responsible for configuring community policies. Users must provide accurate registration data and comply with community rules.

Compliance

All actions must align with applicable laws and HOA bylaws. Nowtowa maintains audit logs for authorized actions.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nowtowa is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Specific partner terms may apply for towing services.
